Living Our Faith

• Mass is offered every school day at 7 AM (except on days with all-school Mass).
• On Anchor Days, Confession is available during the first half of Knight Time (9:36 - 9:55 AM). Mass is offered at 10 AM.
• Confession is also available by appointment with Fr. Daniel.
• The chapel is open all day for prayer opportunities.

Mass is offered for the entire student body at least once per month in the auditorium. The students celebrate all Holy Days of Obligation during the academic year.

• Religion classes visit the IHM Chapel for a time of Adoration once a semester.
• Fr. Daniel and visiting priests of the Diocese are available to hear Confession at that time.
• Around the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the school participates in a Eucharistic Procession, ending in Adoration on the Stadium Field.

• Lent offerings, including Stations of the Cross

B1 Bible Study is led by our Youth Apostle missionaries. During the block lunch, students are invited to join the Youth Apostles to discuss a scripture passage. Each B1 Bible Study ends with a treat!

Fiat is a girls ministry club led by female teachers and student leaders. The club has small student-led meetings, large social gatherings and a dedicated retreat during the year.

• B2 Tea: During B2  Advisory (7:45-8:05am), girls come together to pray, hang out, socialize – tea is provided
• Weekly meetings centered on growing as a woman of faith
• Fiat Retreat: All-girls retreat in the Fall
• Other fun faith opportunities!

The Altar Servers Club is an important ministry at DJO! Altar servers support all-school Mass once a month and other liturgical events, such as the Eucharistic Procession and Stations of the Cross. There are also opportunities for fun and fellowship throughout the year.

The Little Flowers ministry is for girls to faithfully serve our Lord and school in little ways. Members learn how to become Sacristans and help prepare for all-school Mass and other liturgical events. Little Flowers also create floral arrangements for the altar on Solemnities and organize social brunches on feast days!
