New Parent Resources

All students currently taking Algebra 1 or Geometry must take the Diocesan Algebra Exemption Exam at Bishop O’Connell on June 4 at 9:00 a.m. No pre-registration needed. The exam is about 90 minutes long.  If your student has accommodations and extended time please have them tell the proctor.  Enter at Door #1 (across from the flagpole).

Make up Date: June 11 at 9:00 a.m.

Students who request to take the English Honors Qualifying Exam will received an email later in the spring from the English department chair Brittany Davis regarding test procedures. She can be reached at bdavis@bishopoconnell.org.

The dates of the testing will be:

Monday, April 11 (3:15 - 4:15 p.m.) 
Wednesday, April 13 (3:15 - 4:15 p.m.) 
Wednesday, June 15 (1200 - 1:00 p.m.)
Wednesday, June 22 (12:00 - 1:00 p.m.)  

Sign-up for a Testing Date

Spring 2022 - The World Language placement test will take place on either Tuesday, May 10 or Wednesday, May 18 at 3:00 PM at Bishop O'Connell.  Any non-diocesan student who would like to take a language level 2 or higher next year at O'Connell must take a test.  Any student who is a heritage Spanish speaker needs to come for a short interview and written test as well. There is no need to register for the test.  Please bring a number two pencil for the test. The test itself takes between 45 -60 minutes. Students may leave as soon as they finish the test. (Students who attend a diocesan school will be taking the test at their K-8 school during school hours on Tuesday, May 10.)
