This form is for 8th grade students who currently DO NOT attend a diocesan school in the Diocese of Arlington.

Please complete the online form below to register your student for the High School Placement Test (HSPT) offered at Bishop O'Connell High School. The $50 testing fee will be collected at the end of this form.
