Koons Memorial Library

Named after long-time O'Connell parents, John and Eleanor Koons, the Bishop O'Connell High School library is an integral part of the school curriculum and serves as a central information resource for both students and teachers. The library assists users in acquiring, evaluating, and incorporating print and electronic information into their high school studies. Research instruction is provided in full class, in small group and in one-on-one workshops.

The library contains fiction and nonfiction books, magazines, a reference collection, and digital eBooks, research databases, streaming media and DVDs. Computers are available for academic research.

The material selection policy supports the mission of the school. The materials are chosen to enhance the curriculum, aid in the moral development of the students, and stimulate intellectual development. We welcome suggestions from faculty and students: Suggest a Title HERE.
