Play Like  A Champion Coaches Note

This note focuses on Coach Tim Welsh's philosophy on the real purpose of coaching. He is one of the most well respected college swimming coaches in the country, and with that comes the "Welsh Wisdom" that he has learned over the years. He examines that coaches are teachers and mentors. They need consistency and to build up the team culture in order for the athletes to develop not only as an athlete, but as a person with values and respect. Read more about the "Welsh Wisdom."
